With QT 1.34 the MyStickyMenu was embedded into the themes, therefore the plugin was removed from the TGM “Essentials” category.
If you want to use another code/plugin for sticky menus/headers, the embedded Sticky Menu can be turned off from the WP Customizer screen. By default it is set to on.
